Although the 2026 Backdraft Racing Series is classified by MSA (Motorsport South Africa) as a regional championship, the series visits 4 South African provinces and one international event in Mozambique.
Round 1: 3 hours

The opening round of the 2026 Backdraft Racing Series at the home track of Dezzi Raceway in Port Shepstone.
Round 2: 4 hours

Round two takes place at the iconic and ultra fast East London Grand Prix Circuit.
Round 3: 5 hours

The third consecutive coastal round will take the series to Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) at the Aldo Scribante Racetrack.
Round 4: 4 hours

The fourth round is a fan and competitor favorite; Mapo in Mozambique. It feels like a Holiday destination, but its known for some intense racing.
Round 5: 3 hours

The fifth round brings the series to Delmas in Mpumalanga. Its a challenging proposition for the competitors. Its a combination of heat, length and never ending twists and turns. This time the drivers will face the anti-clockwise direction.
Round 6: 2 hours

The penultimate round of the championships brings the series back to the home base of Dezzi Raceway.
