Please note that this is the compulsory indemnity registration required to qualify for the Link FM hotlap on Friday, 24 April at the East London Grand Prix Circuit.
Kindly ensure that the form is completed in full prior to the hotlap, as only fully completed forms will be accepted.
Participants under the age of 18 must have the indemnity form signed by a parent or legal guardian.
